This is a very good program initiated by Logistics Sector Skill Council to bridge the skill gap in the logistics sector. 15 of our first batch students are placed as apprenticeship trainees in E-Com Express Pvt Ltd., with Rs. 9,896 at Gannavaram, Vijayawada and 10 Students were placed with Rs.8,000 stipend in KANTIPUDI GROUP, RAJAMUNDRY. Coming three to four decades this sector will promise gainful employment opportunities to the students. The students who pursue this program will gain good amount of knowledge and skills in this sector and through apprenticeship training they will get employment in their future. There is need to promote this kind of industry ready program in all the colleges and Universities with institution-industry linkages. Unfortunately there is lack of awareness among the +2 students and their parents about this kind of programs.
